ERASE Campaign

ERASE Campaign

Durham Police, NHS County Durham and Darlington, Durham County Council and Darlington Borough Council are working together to ‘ERASE’ child exploitation. ERASE, which stands for ‘Educate and Raise Awareness of Sexual Exploitation’, is being led by the Safe Durham Partnership and Safer Darlington Partnership to raise awareness of the signs to spot if a child is a victim of sexual exploitation.

The ERASE campaign aims to educate people so that they know how they can report any concerns they might have about potential victims to make sure they receive the help and support they require, or any suspicions they might have about a perpetrator that they wish to bring to the attention of the police. We want to make sure no case goes unreported.

A series of documents which can be downloaded below have been created to help raise awareness, the downloadable documents uses the Adobe PDF format, you will need software such as Acrobat Reader on your computer to read them.
